Scope of Services

Balancia provides remote bookkeeping, accounting support and financial reporting services. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing with the client before work begins.

Regulated Services

Balancia provides accounting and bookkeeping support services. Tax filing, audit, payroll processing, BAS/VAT filing and other regulated services are provided only where Balancia is appropriately authorized to do so, or through referral to qualified local professionals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information and documentation in a timely manner. The accuracy and timeliness of our work depends on the information made available to us.

Fees & Billing

Monthly service fees are billed in advance based on the plan and scope agreed with each client. Work that falls outside an agreed scope, such as catch-up bookkeeping, cleanup work or software setup, is quoted and billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Balancia performs bookkeeping and accounting support services with reasonable care and professional diligence. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
